The house can be found in the heart of the village, but is nonetheless, in private grounds, secluded by high stone walls and for the sole use of guests. The house is ideal for meditation and peace and quiet. The only sounds to be heard are the tweeting of birds and the water in the river.
The smallest members of the family will be delighted to find that the river plays host to some of their feathered friends: geese and ducks.

- Prices are based on number of people per night and the rental of the entire house and property. - The owners do not live in the house. - Entry from 2:30pm (entry before that time may be possible if the house is available). The house must be vacated before 12:00 noon. July, August and first fortnight in September: stays from Saturday to Saturday. - In order to protect the peace of the rural surroundings, the house is not rented for large parties/festivities or for hen/stag nights, etc. Moreover, noise is not permitted outside of the house after 10pm. - Pets welcome. Dogs have a great deal of land in which to run and thanks to the high stone exterior walls, owners have the peace of mind that their pets won’t escape. The property includes a spacious outbuilding fitted for dogs in case you wish to leave your pets outside the main house but in an enclosed space. - Fire wood (unlimited) for heating and the barbecue included in the price.

The town of Novales, located in the municipality of Alfoz de Lloredo, is a perfect enclave for tourism and enjoying the beaches thanks to its position between several attractive and much-visited villages, such as, Santillana del Mar 7km away and Cóbreces Beach (a fine sand beach) 4km. Santander, 36km away (15 minutes along the Cantabrian Motorway), Comillas 10km away. Torrelavega (and its shopping centres) is only 12km away. Finally, the Picos de Europa Mountains are just 85km from the town.
