Villa Nieves is a beautifully restored house in the pretty traditional village of Niguelas. It is a spacious house designed in a rustic style but with all the modern comforts. The property sleeps 8 in four bedrooms, one with a mezzanine area for 2 extra people. The living area of the house measures over 200 sq.m. with a very large reception room and kitchen. There is a large patio with an outside dining area and a pool (5.5 x 2.5m).For the cooler months the house has central heating and an open fire. The living room balcony has magnificent views of the village and the renowned Lecrin Valley. Dramatically located beneath the peaks of the Sierra Nevada, Niguelas also has excellent road links to all the area has to offer. Granada airport can be reached in 25 minutes by car and Malaga, in 1 hour 30 mins. Villa Nieves makes a wonderful holiday home no matter what the season.

An area of natural beauty, citrus groves, pretty white villages and stunning mountain scenery set between Granada and the coast. Granada city cannot be missed - visit the Moorish Palace of the Alhambra and wander through the narrow cobbled streets of the Albaicín, the old Arab quarter. It has something to offer everyone. Granada and the Alhambra can be reached in 20 mins by car.

Niguelas is a charming village with a number of shops, bars and 2 restaurants. The Sierra Nevada mountains which rise dramatically behind the village. A perfect location for walking, horse riding, mountain biking etc. Other activities available in the area include diving, climbing, cycling, tennis, hang-gliding, walking, parascending, aqua park, etc. The beaches of Costa Tropical are under 30 min drive away. Sierra Nevada ski resort offers great skiing for all standards. It is 50 mins by car.
