The 1 bedroom apartment is on the ground floor of our private villa and is spacious and well equipped and has a private pool and gardens.
The villa is situated in a very tranquil area with scenic views across the Sierra Bernia Mountains.
The small urbanisation is of 30 houses situated on the hillside between the typical Spanish villages of Murla and Benichembla.
The area is ideal for walking, biking or just chilling out in the spanish sunshine.
We do not take bookings when we are living in the villa so it is always private for visitors and ourselves - A villa holiday at apartment prices!!

A deposit of 20% secures a booking with the balance due 6 weeks prior to arrival. A security deposit of £100.00 is payable with the final balance which is refundable after inspection on departure. All towels and linen are provided (excluding beach towels) and changed weekly A small welcome pack is provided
Things to see:
The Jalon Valley is an area of oustanding natural beauty with its scenery, almond groves, vineyards and mountain vistas in abundance. During the spring the almond blossom is like a layer of candyfloss over the valley and in the autumn the harvest of the vines is interesting to behold. There are Bodegas in the town of Jalon where you can purchase local wines. Some of the best restaurants on the Costa Blanca are in the valley.
Things to do:
The area is very tranquil and good for walking, cycling or just chilling out in the sun. The white coast of the Costa Blanca is a short 25 minute drive away with the beaches and harbours of Moraira, Javea, Calpe and of course Benidorm is only a 40 minute drive where there are waterparks, theme parks and nightlife. There are many championship golf courses around the area. The cities of Valencia and Alicante are not too far away and are interesting.
