Our modern fully fitted luxury apartment is located on the second floor with stunning views of the sea and port. The apartment has two bedrooms which together with an excellent sofa-bed can sleep up to six people; two bathrooms, one with Jacuzzi bath, the other with a shower.
The apartment has high quality marble floors throughout, is fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms, and has a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, extractor, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle.
The fully fitted utility room has a washing machine. The lounge/dining room is well furnished with dining table for six, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed), TV with satellite UK channels, together with a DVD/CD Recorder System. Patio doors lead onto an extensive South West facing terrace equipped with table, recliner chairs and foot stools.
There is adequate on site car parking and a underground car parking space.

All prices have been listed in Sterling pounds. Euro price will be quoted on request from owner. A £100 or €150 deposit is required per week to secure a booking. The full balance becomes payable 6 weeks prior to your arrival date together with a refundable damage/key deposit of £150 or €200. The prices quoted are for 4 guests sharing the apartment but if an additional 1 or 2 stay, a small charge of £25 or €28 will be charged to cover additional linen. On all rentals of two weeks or more a mid-clean/linen change is included in the rental price. Bookings not guaranteed until a confirmed reservation has been made. Normal check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am. Requests will be considered from the owners for either early or later check out time.
Things to see:
There is much to do in this part of Spain, including a wealth of places of interest away from the hustle and bustle of the Costa. Estepona is the nearest large resort with a very Spanish feel. Good beaches and restaurants. Gibraltar is worth a day out. Take an organized 4 hour tour by minibus for best effect. Malaga is the largest centre around with international shops, museums and other places of interest you would expect in a large city.
Things to do:
The area between Gibraltar and Malaga is a paradise for golfers with over forty courses to choose from and indeed the apartments themselves are surrounded by Duquesa Golf Course. This course has all that an expert or amateur player needs. It was designed by the world renowned and prestigious Mr. Robert Trent Jones. Located as it is with views of the sea and mountains, this course enjoys a well deserved reputation.
