Weekly rates include utilities and cleaning. Reductions available for lettings longer than a week. Monthly rent £500 for bookings of 3 months or more (utilities and cleaning not included). £100 deposit to be paid at time of booking with balance being paid 1 month before departure. A security deposit of £60 is to be paid upon arrival. This is required in case of breakages/damage to property and will be refunded upon satisfactory inspection of property at the end of the stay.

There are many fantastic beaches and marinas within easy reach including Torremolinos (30mins), Benalmadena (30 mins), Fuengirola (20 mins), La Cala (20 mins), Marbella (30 mins) and Puerta Banus (40 mins). Alhaurin Golf course, designed by Seve Ballesteros, is a challenging hill-side course with impressive views over the Mijas mountains and the Mediterranean sea.
