position for all the resort town centre facilities.All within ten minutes walk of
the villa.There are numerous swimming pools on the resort,the nearest to the villa is approximately five minutes walk away.
The property has air conditioning and central heating throughout,there are two bedrooms both with twin beds and fitted wardrobes.Two bathrooms one with shower and one with bath and shower over.The living room has two large leather sofas,LCD television and DVD/CD player,a selection of DVDs,CDs,books and games,dining table and six chairs,patio doors lead to the terrace, furnished with table six chairs and barbeque.There is a telephone for incoming calls only (national and international)and for use within the Polarisworld resorts.
The kitchen is fully equipped to a high standard .The utility room has a
washer/dryer,iron and ironing board.
The solarium has a table,four chairs and four sunloungers.

A non refundable deposit of €100 per week is required to secure your booking.Full payment is required six weeks prior to your arrival date.If the booking is less than six weeks before your arrival date,then full payment is required.A €150 security deposit is payable at the time of booking to cover damages/breakages,this will be returned to you providing there are no breakages/damage during your stay. A €50 final clean charge is payable to the keyholder on arrival.Additional cleaning,linen and towel change can be arranged.Beach towels are provided. Payment by cheque or bank transfer,in Euros or Sterling.
