To confirm a booking, 25% non-refundable deposit of the rental will be required and the balance to be paid 6 weeks before your holiday arrival date. In addition there is a final cleaning charge of 65 euro for up to 4 people and 75 euro for up to 6 people payable on arrival together with a security deposit of 150 euro which is repaid at the end of your holiday subject to satisfactory checkout. Cot and nursery equipment hire can be arranged and bike hire is available on site. Car hire is recommended.
