The Villa is a 2 storey building each floor being 100m2 and split into 2 separate living accomodations. We live on the upper floor and rent out the ground floor which has been recently reformed (2008) containing 2 large double bedrooms, a large living room with open plan kitchen diner, and a shower room. The villa has a gym room containing machine and free weights and a stepper. A good sized private pool with two terraces at either end one with a canopy, there is a BBQ area and a large covered eating area to the front of the villa.
